At Taste, we believe great food can transform a community. Opened in Ferguson with a vision to bring an elevated dining experience to North County, Taste was created through the partnership of co-owner Dean Rackley and Executive Chef Jason Lamont—two leaders driven by passion, resilience, and purpose. Following the May 2025 tornado, the pair quickly joined forces to create something meaningful: a modern restaurant where bold flavors, quality service, and community pride come together.
Our menu is designed to stand out. Guests can enjoy chef-crafted comfort food, premium seafood, handcrafted burgers, lamb chops, flavorful pasta dishes, vegan options, indulgent brunch favorites, signature desserts, and late-night bites inspired by St. Louis classics. Every plate is created with creativity, flavor, and a commitment to excellence.
